Description
The City of East Hope is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide contracted city engineer services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes general engineering consultation; street-system support; stormwater management; water-system engineering; development and permit review; project design; bidding assistance; construction oversight; and participation in public meetings. Proposers must demonstrate Idaho Professional Engineer licensure, municipal experience, and familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations. Submissions must include a cover letter, qualifications, relevant experience, approach to service delivery, fee schedule, references, and proof of licensure and insurance.
