Description
The City of Post Falls is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from individual professional firms for prequalification in one or more disciplines and subcategories, including domestic water engineering; wastewater collection and treatment; landscape architecture; development review; geotechnical engineering and material testing; storm drainage and flood control; environmental services; construction management and contract administration; architectural services; surveying; streets and transportation; and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural design. Teamed firms will not be considered. The City expects to recommend three firms for prequalification in each subcategory and may select directly from the qualification statements for individual projects or conduct formal interviews; prequalification does not guarantee that work will be commissioned. Each qualification statement must include a cover letter, experience and qualifications for each requested subcategory, proposed key personnel and their qualifications, relevant projects completed within the past five years, project size and cost, financial management or administration experience involving grants or local improvement districts, project management experience through construction closeout, and three client references. The cover letter is limited to two pages, and the response for each subcategory is limited to four pages. Submissions must be in PDF format and are due by November 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time.
