Description
The City of Post Falls is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from individual professional firms for prequalification in one or more disciplines and subcategories, including domestic water engineering; wastewater collection and treatment; landscape architecture; development review; geotechnical engineering and materials testing; storm drainage and flood control; environmental services; construction management and contract administration; architectural services; surveying; streets and transportation; and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural design. Teamed firms will not be considered. Three firms may be recommended for prequalification in each subcategory, with the City retaining the option to select directly from the qualification statements for individual projects or conduct formal interviews. Prequalification does not guarantee that work will be commissioned. Each qualification statement must include a cover letter of no more than two pages and, for each requested subcategory, no more than four pages addressing the firm's experience and qualifications, proposed key personnel, projects completed within the past five years, project size and cost, financial management or administration experience involving grants or local improvement districts, project management through construction closeout, and three client references with project, contact, address, and phone information. Submissions must be in PDF format. The requested services term runs through December 31, 2028.
