Description
This Sources Sought seeks information from capable contractors for non-personal service and maintenance of one Government-owned Guardite Co. Model 20M331 hypobaric chamber, Serial No. 61824010. The anticipated scope includes scheduled on-site inspections and preventive maintenance; inspection of pumps, batteries, chamber structure, seals, leak systems, sensors, communications, oxygen regulators, student stations, and rapid decompression systems; review of maintenance records; minor repairs using Government-furnished spares; and post-inspection repair recommendations. The requirement may also include weekday help-desk support, remote troubleshooting, fault isolation, unscheduled and emergency maintenance, travel, repair labor and parts, and installation, integration, testing, and documentation of potential system upgrades. The anticipated contract structure is a firm-fixed-price base year with four option years and an option to extend services for up to six months. Respondents must submit a tailored capability statement of no more than 10 pages addressing relevant certifications, experience with hypobaric, hyperbaric, or altitude physiology systems, and capacity for preventive maintenance, emergency support, troubleshooting, help-desk services, and upgrades.
