Description
Winnebago County is soliciting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to replace the uninterruptible power supply at the David W. Albrecht County Administrative Building. The solicitation includes specifications, drawings, a bid form, subcontractor list, responsible bidder certification, insurance requirements, public-works general conditions, and a sample contract. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 22, 2026. The bid package identifies a 5% bid bond requirement and electronic bidding is available.
