Description
The City of Meridian is seeking a contractor to perform streetlight maintenance and repairs throughout the city under work orders issued by the City. The bid schedule includes replacement of 100W, 250W, and 400W high-pressure sodium lamps; decorative and standard LED fixture replacement; ballast, photocell, fuse, and junction-box replacement; upgrades from high-pressure sodium to Type 1 or Type 2 LED fixtures; and an hourly response fee for repairs not otherwise listed. Pricing must include labor, materials, equipment, freight, bonds, insurance, travel, lodging, and incidentals. The contract covers fiscal years 2027 through 2031 and is structured as a fixed-price, not-to-exceed agreement, with payment based on the bid schedule. Bids must be submitted through the City's Euna/Bonfire portal. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid price is required. The required submission information includes a bid bond, a completed list of subcontractors, Idaho Public Works License data, and the provided streetlight-maintenance bid table.
