Description
Green Bay Area Public Schools is seeking E-Rate Category 2 licenses and related support for existing network equipment, including network switches and wireless access points. The pricing worksheet identifies specified Extreme Networks equipment and software licenses, including ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot, ExtremeCloud IQ Navigator, and ExtremeCloud IQ NAC, with proposals permitted for equivalent products. Proposals must include all product and service costs, E-Rate eligibility percentages, and categorization as Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, and/or Managed Internal Broadband Services. Alternative products require documentation establishing functional and technical equivalence. The requested response must include the completed pricing worksheet in Excel or Google Sheets format, the vendor's terms and conditions, SPIN, Form 470 number, and the required vendor, reference, subcontractor, non-collusion, notice/certification, and accessibility materials. The district may award all, part, or none of the requested products and services.
