Description
The City of Green Bay is soliciting one contractor for the remodeling of Fire Station 6. The work includes replacing wood windows and exterior doors with aluminum operable windows and storefront doors and frames, replacing a sliding patio door system, structurally repairing a wood column, installing a new hose washer with venting, and air balancing the living quarters. The project must be completed by July 31, 2027. Bidders must submit the Bidder's Proposal, a bid bond or certified check equal to at least 5% and no more than 10% of the bid, and any issued addenda. A proof-of-responsibility form must be filed with the Director of Public Works at least five days before bid opening. The bid bond or certified check guarantees execution of the contract and a 100% performance bond within 10 days after award.
