Description
The City of Pasadena Finance Department is soliciting quotes for a three-year contract to supply general office supplies. The scope includes a wide range of items such as writing pads, staples, binder clips, paper clips, file folders, rubber bands, glue sticks, correction tape, tape, compressed air duster, paper cups, address labels, shredder bags, batteries, highlighters, gel pens, pencils, ballpoint pens, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, facial tissue, and various toner cartridges for HP printers. Additionally, the contract covers a mesh mid-back chair, spray adhesives, permanent markers, a desktop calculator, packaging tape, glossy labels, paper plates, plastic cutlery, box handler gloves, and alkaline batteries. The vendor must provide 24/7 online ordering with individual login IDs for designated buyers, and deliveries must be made within three business days to three locations in Pasadena: Finance Administration Office, Municipal Services Office, and Printing Services Office. The contract is scheduled from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
