Description
The Chemung County Purchasing Department is soliciting sealed proposals for a contract to provide law enforcement gear, firearms, ammunition, and related supplies and services. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Empire State Bid System website at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york by July 16, 2026, at 1:45 PM EST. Official bid documents can be obtained online at www.empirestatebidsystem.com after June 11, 2026. Vendors are required to register with the Empire State Purchasing Group to ensure receipt of any addenda. The County of Chemung reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
