The Ottawa Hospital’s New Campus Development is seeking a qualified inspection body accredited by the Standards Council of Canada under the Inspection Body Accreditation Program’s Medical Gas Piping Systems sub-program. The contractor will perform comprehensive inspection and final testing of medical gas pipeline systems, including all components and accessories, and verify installation compliance with CSA Z7396.1. After installation is complete and compliance is determined, the inspection body must provide a certification letter to The Ottawa Hospital and the installation contractor. The estimated contract period is 96 months, with a proposed start date of October 1, 2026.
