Description
This is a presolicitation notice for a construction contract to repair and upgrade a potable groundwater well at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project Office at Stockton Lake in Stockton, MO. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. The main scope of work includes addressing subsurface casing issues, restoring the structural and operational integrity of the well system, and installing new pumping equipment. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract using simplified acquisition procedures. This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The anticipated contract award date is August 3, 2026.
