Description
Otero College seeks a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive, data-informed Strategic Enrollment Plan addressing recruitment, retention, student success, and sustainable enrollment growth. The work includes analyzing enrollment, retention, student, program, and market data; establishing KPIs; developing an editable Excel enrollment projection model with multiple scenarios; and creating measurable short- and long-term goals and strategies. The contractor will provide up to eight two-day consultation sessions, monthly KPI reports and a dashboard, implementation guidance, a prioritized final plan with benchmarks and timelines, a final presentation, and staff training on the projection model, dashboard, and tracking tools. Proposals must address firm and personnel qualifications, comparable projects and references, accessibility, mandatory requirements, technical approach and schedule, and a detailed all-inclusive price. A completed Form W-9 and Certificate of Liability Insurance are required with the proposal; insurance certificates for required coverages must otherwise be provided before contract execution or performance.
