The U.S. Department of the Navy is soliciting a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the manufacture of WW98 Initiating Propellant (NSN 1356-01-106-5985), used on the 4T HWT. This is a competitive, unrestricted acquisition for an explosive item, and a pre-award safety survey is required. Drawings are available, but paper copies and CD versions will not be provided. The solicitation directs offerors to the solicitation for the explosive weight and class. A controlled technical-data package is available only to authenticated users.
