Description
Natomas Charter School is soliciting proposals for Category Two UPS equipment and related services for its Sacramento-area school sites. The requested solution includes ten Eaton 5P 1440 VA, 1100W, 120V line-interactive UPS units with lithium-ion batteries and 1U network cards, or equivalent equipment, plus ten optional two-post rail kits. Proposals must include hardware, shipping, taxes, configuration and installation, detailed billing, applicable E-Rate eligibility classifications, and any recurring support costs. The selected provider must be a certified reseller, provide manufacturer warranties, comply with applicable E-Rate and Secure Networks Act requirements, and supply valid SPIN, FCC Registration Number, and FCC Green Light status. The proposal must include service-provider information, an implementation timeline beginning April 1, 2027, three reference sites with at least three years of service history, pricing, a letter of agreement, applicable addenda, and completed submission pages. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and school approval; the school may renew a multi-term contract annually for up to five consecutive fiscal years.
