Description
Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education is soliciting bids for one new 2026-or-newer low-cab-forward 16-foot box truck equipped with a liftgate. The buyer requires firm, fixed pricing, tax-exempt pricing, and FOB destination/freight prepaid delivery. The bid must remain valid for at least 90 days, and award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest total cost. Bids must include all required information in the PennBid submission, including the individual submitter's name, title, email, and phone; required PDF supporting documents; addenda acknowledgment; and the completed electronic pricing bid table. The successful bidder must accept the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania purchase order terms. Bidders must also certify that they are not suspended or debarred and are not delinquent on specified Pennsylvania taxes.
