Description
The City seeks one or more qualified consulting firms to provide construction management, construction inspection, materials testing, survey monument preservation and restoration, post-construction support, and drone-based progress documentation and public outreach support for a federally funded bike-lane improvement project. The work includes preconstruction reviews and coordination; construction oversight, reporting, meetings, and change-order and payment support; field inspection and materials testing; and project closeout. The project is subject to federal-aid requirements, the Local Assistance Procedures Manual, and prevailing-wage requirements. The agreement is anticipated to run for nine months from full execution. Proposals are limited to 35 pages, excluding resumes, the cover page, and required federal forms. Submit a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal through the electronic bidding portal. The cost proposal is to be uploaded as a separate item and opened after qualification ranking.
