Description
This construction contract covers upgrades to the chemical room at the Clinton Road plant. The scope includes removal and installation of process piping, fittings, valves, chemical pump tables and shelves; concrete and masonry repairs; epoxy flooring and wall and ceiling refinishing; window, lintel, louver, exhaust fan and electric heater work; new lighting and electrical wiring; roofing and flashing repairs; water-repellent treatment; selective demolition; startup, testing, cleaning, and closeout documentation. Bidders must submit the completed bid proposal, 5% bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond, non-collusive bidding certification, Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certification, references, and a signed acknowledgment of Addendum No. 1. The addendum includes drawings on pages 1–14. The contract term is one year, with construction completion required within 90 workdays after the notice to proceed. Performance and payment bonds, insurance, and a maintenance bond are required after award or at contract execution as specified.
