Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking pricing for internet access and data transmission services for its secondary data center. The requested capacity is 10 to 100 Gbps, and the listed service request indicates that installation and initial configuration are required. Quantities are estimates and may change over the contract term. The district may consider multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions of specified number and duration, but will not consider automatic or evergreen extensions. Proposals must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements, including the Lowest Corresponding Price rule and the Free Services Advisory. The solicitation package includes a sample data protection addendum and district insurance requirements; the addendum includes extensive data privacy, security, subcontractor, and insurance provisions.
