Description
Odem-Edroy Independent School District is soliciting proposals for 10 Gbps Internet access and data transmission service delivered to the District's DMARC. Proposals may cover bundled or independent services and may use fiber, hybrid, cable, DSL, copper, satellite, microwave, or wireless transmission media. The scope includes installation, initial configuration, testing, one-time charges, and any required conduits, wiring, hardware, supervision, labor, and construction support. The vendor must provide detailed test results before payment and describe applicable product or cable-plant warranties. The District is requesting both three-year and five-year contract options with multiple one-year renewals. Service is intended to be activated on July 1, 2027. Vendors must hold a valid Service Provider Identification Number and meet applicable E-Rate eligibility requirements; subcontractors are permitted, but the prime vendor remains responsible for performance.
