Description
New Palestine Community Schools seeks symmetrical internet access and data transmission service with guaranteed throughput, starting at approximately 2 Gbps and scalable to approximately 5 Gbps. The proposal must provide laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments and pricing for approximately 61 public IPv4 addresses, including pricing for additional addresses; optional IPv6 pricing may also be included. Respondents must describe the service handoff, pathway to the applicant’s head-end, any required construction and its timeline, and available features such as resiliency, firewall service, and DDoS protection. Any necessary provider-owned onsite equipment must be included and described. Proposals must include complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, a proposed SLA addressing availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, reporting, and outage response, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. Pricing should reflect applicable lowest corresponding price, GSA pricing, and governmental discounts. The applicant prefers E-Rate SPI invoicing. The contract is expected to be approximately three years, with any extensions and pricing specified in the proposal.
