Description
Crawford County Community School Corporation seeks symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput, scalable from approximately 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, delivered to the head-end at Crawford County High School. The proposal must include laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments, at least 50 public IPv4 addresses, pricing for additional IPv4 addresses, and optional IPv6 pricing. The provider must supply any necessary onsite handoff equipment and describe the service pathway, including third-party leased lines if applicable. Respondents must provide a proposed Service Level Agreement covering network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24x7x365 trouble reporting, outage repair commitments, chronic-trouble remedies, and monthly and annual service reporting. The response must also include separate pricing and information for optional firewall, DDoS protection, and CIPA-compliant filtering services; data protection, incident response, encryption, and applicable privacy-law compliance; any installation or special-construction costs; three similar-service references; the provider's E-Rate SPIN number; and a ready-to-execute or sample contract. The contract is contingent on E-Rate funding and is structured as a three-year term with up to two optional one-year extensions.
