Description
Denver Public Schools is seeking pricing for secondary data center internet access and data transmission services with a stated capacity range of 10–100 Gbps. The quantity is an estimate and may change during the contract term. The complete service description is referenced in the separate Request for Proposal BD2737, which is listed in the application but is not included among the provided documents. Proposals must address applicable E-Rate requirements, including valid SPIN and FCC Registration Number information and evidence of FCC Green Light Status. The solicitation also requires the signed E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions with the proposal, pricing for eligible and non-eligible services to be clearly identified, and any tariffs and product countries of origin to be identified in pricing attachments. The district may consider multi-year contracts or voluntary extensions, but automatic or evergreen extensions are not permitted.
