Description
Hazle Township is seeking a single-prime contractor to provide the labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits needed to construct a shell pole building on an established pad site. The contractor must also provide fully engineered, signed, and sealed pole-building and truss documents for permitting and construction; the drawings in the bid package are for design reference and will not be submitted for permits. The project includes specified roofing, siding, and column-base alternatives, and Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply.
