Description
Spartanburg County School District Five is seeking a supplier to provide various MERV 8 HVAC filters as needed over an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options. The revised pricing sheet lists 71 filter line items and annual quantities; bidders must price every line item and provide a catalog discount for additional filter needs. Filters must be delivered quarterly, with prices including freight, lift-gate or forklift delivery, and inside delivery within 10 days of each order. No installation or other services are included, and the district will not accept bids omitting line items or offering alternative brands. The district does not guarantee minimum purchases. The contract is intended for delivery to 14 schools and one maintenance office. Spartanburg School Districts One, Two, Four, Six, and Seven have expressed interest in using the awarded contract. The current contractor is Poe Supply Inc.; approximately $40,000 was spent last year. Addendum Two removes items 72–74 and revises item 50 to 20 x 32 x 2. No bid, performance, or payment bond is required, and samples are not required with the bid.
