Description
The U.S. Department of State requires 372 CAMFIL DU4V-ES3-2424-MV13 filters, 234 CAMFIL 30/30 CL2 24242 MV8 filters, and 54 CAMFIL 30/30 CL2 24202 MV8 filters, identified by media numbers 855081011, 49880005, and 49880012, respectively. Only new, genuine CAMFIL products matching the specified models and media/part numbers will be accepted; substitutions, equivalents, refurbished products, and grey-market products are prohibited. The requirement includes procurement, inspection, packaging, domestic transportation to a designated U.S. port or government-designated freight forwarder, shipment tracking, and required shipping documentation. International transportation, customs clearance, overseas freight, and final delivery to the Embassy are excluded from the contractor's responsibility. Offerors must provide product catalogs and specifications, CAMFIL product data sheets, manufacturer information, delivery schedule, shipping documentation, warranty information, and a certificate of conformance identifying the manufacturer, model, and media/part number. The contract is firm fixed price, delivery is required within 45 days after award, and products carry a minimum 12-month warranty from government acceptance. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, and the brand-name justification permits responsible CAMFIL-authorized or certified sources rather than restricting the procurement to a single contractor.
