Description
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia is soliciting one head, fluid filter, part number 06353-08801-106, NSN 1R-2945-016665604-H5, for a foreign military sales spares purchase. The requirement is for one initial unit, with contractor-proposed option pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire contract period. Delivery is FOB origin, and pricing may be provided separately for the second year if it changes after the initial year. The procurement is intended to be awarded under the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-26-G-P401 on a sole-source basis because the Government lacks sufficient technical data and rights to purchase the part from other sources. Government source approval is required before award; unapproved sources must submit the information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, with a possible additional 365-day extension, and unused induction slots may carry over into the second year.
