Description
The United States Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal is soliciting a single firm-fixed-price contract for 23 air barrier blowers, NSN 4140-01-608-4073, part number 17-3-2979-1, with an option for 23 additional units. The solicitation requires an all-or-none offer for the total quantity, and award will be based on price. Delivery of each quantity is required 80 calendar days after contract award to DLA Distribution Red River in Texarkana, Texas. The items must meet specified military packaging, marking, inspection, acceptance, and light phosphate coating requirements. The procurement includes export-controlled technical data. Access requires a current DD Form 2345 certification and, where applicable, an explicit access request. Offerors must submit a complete electronic proposal, including a signed Standard Form 18, completed solicitation fill-ins, a statement of acknowledgement, assumptions, and a copy of Sheet 1 from drawing 17-3-2979-1 showing the original drawing date. Proposals must be submitted by email, in Microsoft Office-compatible or PDF format, and must include pricing for both the base and option quantities. The offer must remain valid for at least 180 calendar days after the due date.
