Description
Harmony Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a new elementary school facility. The project, known as Harmony Science Academy-Bridgeland Phase II, involves the ground-up construction of a one-story, 79,000 square foot facility. The scope of work includes parking lots, playgrounds, and landscaping, along with concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related work as specified in the project documents.
