The City of Arlington is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract to furnish and deliver brass water repair parts for warehouse stock, including brass service-line fittings and accessories, tapping saddles, and related items. Products must comply with the City’s waterworks standards, current American Water Works Association standards, the Safe Drinking Water Act, NSF 61 Annex G, and NSF/ANSI 372. Alternates may be proposed with evidence of equivalency, subject to City approval and inclusion on the approved products list. The awarded vendor must deliver in-stock items within three business days of a purchase order, state lead times for non-stock or made-to-order items, maintain minimum inventory at a local Dallas–Fort Worth location, provide 24/7 emergency assistance, and participate in quarterly in-person inventory reviews. Bidders must submit item pricing, a manufacturer’s price-list discount, product submittal sheets for each item bid, references for at least three recent similar customers, required procurement forms, a W-9, an ACORD insurance form, and the required bid-table and discount questionnaire through the procurement portal. The initial term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal options by mutual written consent.
