Description
The Chatham County-Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission seeks a qualified firm to assess, design, implement, document, monitor, and support a reliable backup and recovery solution for 25 production or business-critical servers and approximately 30 to 35 Microsoft 365 users. The solution must provide both MPC-provided local backup capability and secure off-premises or cloud backup, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, ransomware-resilient safeguards, monitoring, alerting, retention policies, and documented recovery procedures. The scope includes backup architecture and configuration, software and cloud licensing, implementation, restore testing, failure remediation, monthly reporting, incident and hurricane backup procedures, administrator training, knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support. The initial term is one year, renewable annually for up to three additional one-year terms. Proposals must include technical, implementation, security, service-level, training, pricing, assumptions, references, insurance, and certification information, along with the required appendices and addenda acknowledgments.
