Description
The Town seeks a qualified contractor to maintain medians, rights-of-way, and town properties throughout Zone 1. Recurring work includes mowing, edging, litter and debris removal, hedge and shrub trimming, weed control, and palm pruning. The scope also includes monitoring and reporting maintenance conditions, keeping sidewalks and paved areas clear, and performing specified work at varying frequencies by location. Fertilization and mulching may be requested as additional services. Glyphosate is prohibited. Bidders must meet the stated experience and licensing/certification qualifications and submit the required bid bond. The selected contractor will provide the maintenance services under a two-year initial term, with up to two additional two-year renewals by mutual agreement. Payment and performance bonds and insurance documentation are required if recommended for award; these are post-submission award requirements.
