Description
The City seeks a contractor to pressure wash and clean one designated side of approximately 12 miles of existing concrete privacy walls, prepare the surfaces, and apply primer as needed and two finish coats. The work includes the exposed wall face, columns, caps, and trim. The specified coatings are Sherwin-Williams SW6365 exterior architectural latex flat for wall panels and SW7005 Pure White flat for columns and trim; bidders must also provide a separately priced Super Paint alternate. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, materials, access equipment, safety measures, cleanup, and disposal, and protect adjacent property and landscaping.
