Description
The City seeks a supplier for 50% by-weight hydrogen peroxide used to address hydrogen sulfide in its wastewater system. Deliveries must be made by tank truck in minimum 1,000-gallon shipments to the bulk storage tank; the stated estimated annual usage is 10,000 gallons (100,000 pounds), which is not guaranteed. Deliveries are generally due within seven calendar days of a request or purchase order, as applicable, and must include a certified weight certificate and an analysis of product strength. The bid sheet requests unit and extended pricing, delivery details, and demurrage charges. The solicitation also requires compliance with specified insurance terms and delivery of applicable safety data sheets with the product.
