Description
The City of Springfield, through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction, is seeking qualified consultants to provide Building Commissioning Services on an as-needed basis. The initial contract term is one year, with two one-year renewal options at the City's discretion. The estimated contract value is $250,000. The City encourages minority and women participation in the contract.
