Description
The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (SWSC) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the provision of sand, loam, stone, and gravel on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor(s) will supply materials to 71 Colton St, Springfield, MA 01109 or allow pickup at the vendor's location by Commission truck. Eligible vendors must have their distribution point within a 10-mile radius of 71 Colton St and be open between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM for pickup and delivery. The contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options, exercisable at SWSC's sole discretion. The contract amount will not exceed $150,000 per year. Up to two contracts may be awarded. Bidders must provide pricing on all categories and delivery sizes listed in the bid specifications.
