Description
Jackson County Intermediate School District is seeking proposals for eight Cisco CW9164I-B wireless access points, including all necessary software licenses and components required for proper operation. Equivalent equipment may be proposed, but bidders must address compatibility with the district’s Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco DNA Center or Meraki management, Cisco Webex Calling, RedSky, existing Cisco switches, wireless controllers, access points, supported IP phones, and Webex client software. The proposal must identify whether licensing is perpetual or renewable. Cisco proposals must include alternate pricing for five-year and seven-year Cisco DNA Essentials licensing; equivalent equipment proposals must include comparable licensing terms. Required response materials include an itemized hardware and pricing list, ordering quotes, the completed Price Summary Form, notarized Conflict of Interest Affidavit, Iran Economic Sanctions Act certification, Contractor Agreement Form, vendor SPIN number, applicable Equivalent Equipment Questionnaire responses, and equipment availability and lead times. Shipping to the district is to be included in the total price. The equipment is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty, and prices must remain valid for the E-Rate cycle.
