Description
Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking qualified agencies, organizations, companies, or corporations to lease all or part of the Grosvenor Center or Radnor Center holding facilities for short-term operations. Grosvenor Center contains approximately 36,770 square feet and Radnor Center approximately 36,663 square feet; each facility has 16 to 18 rooms and is available through June 30, 2028. The minimum rent is $15.50 per square foot, with annual renewal-term increases of at least three percent. The initial lease term is stated as one year, with up to four additional one-year terms, subject to Board approval and facility availability. Offerors must describe their organization, relevant experience, proposed program and operations, space utilization, staffing, community benefits, maintenance and security plans, financial capacity, and ability to meet lease obligations. Responses must address the applicable lease terms and include the required certifications, financial responsibility materials, licenses and certifications, references, current Form W-9, and a separate redacted proposal copy. The tenant will be responsible for operating obligations such as interior maintenance, janitorial services, refuse removal, landscaping near the building, and applicable insurance and licensing requirements.
