Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network 10 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for CoverCare Comprehensive Maintenance and Support Services for THINK IPA systems and data. This includes training and ongoing technical support, continued maintenance and repair support, and operational support. These services are required to maintain operational effectiveness and access to enhanced functionality for managing hospital scrubs and other hospital linen items, specifically addressing unexplained linen loss, quality assurance, infection prevention, validation, auditing, reporting, and operational performance management activities. The services will be provided at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R Street, Michigan 48201. This is a sole-source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, authorized by FAR Part 6.302-1, as the government believes only Innovative Product Achievements, LLC possesses the required capabilities. The contract will be a base period plus four option years. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 811210.
