Description
The Gila River Indian Community seeks on-call archaeological field, technical writing, archiving, reporting, and analysis services for projects conducted on Community lands. The selected firm must provide trained archiving staff, at least two experienced technical writers, and qualified field archaeologists with demonstrated experience in southern Arizona. Staff must be able to work at the Cultural Resource Management Program office and travel to and from field sites as needed; the firm must provide transportation for field archaeologists and maintain the required licenses and insurance. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewals. Proposals are evaluated on team and management quality, relevant experience, cost competitiveness, and preference points for qualifying Community or Indian-owned firms. The proposal must include a fee schedule and recommendation letters, along with the required exhibits, licenses and certifications, W-9, and insurance certificate.
