Nancy Walford has applied for a permit to bring in 120 cubic yards of clean mason sand from Melvin Joseph on Rt 113 to fill a low area on Lot 4, Block 1000, York Beach, in Sussex County, Delaware. The sand will be deposited using a mini excavator by contractor Michael McCarthy. The purpose is to raise the existing grade to match adjacent properties due to new construction on either side. No lot clearing, excavation, or sand removal is planned.
