Description
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Procurement Headquarters is issuing a draft Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to solicit innovative technologies and services that align with its enterprise-wide Areas of Interest (AOI). This CSO provides a framework for competitive solicitations, known as Spirals, which will be posted on SAM.gov. Resulting awards will be fixed-price contracts or Other Transactions for Prototype (OTP). The CSO is active indefinitely and will be updated annually. Industry feedback on the draft CSO is requested by March 13, 2026.
