NASA's Shared Services Center is seeking capability statements regarding a sole-source Safran HDR WBR 600 software and firmware upgrade for NASA Glenn Research Center. The upgrade must be compatible with the existing HDR Bolt high-data receiver, including its communications modulator and extension boards, 2x10GbE interface, 10TB RAID data recorder, noise generator, and RRC filter. The recorder and replay software must process modulation waveforms up to 256 APSK and DVB-S2X data rates up to 400 Msps per dual IF channel. The requirement is for one Model CR:HDR-4GC-2U unit, with electronic delivery, and a one-month period of performance from receipt of award. This is a special notice requesting capability statements only; quotes will not be evaluated.
