Description
The Indian Health Service Great Plains Area is conducting market research for comprehensive pest management services at the Cheyenne River Health Center, Good River Community’s 133 housing units, the upper maintenance shop, associated grounds, and support facilities. The scope includes interior and exterior control of insects, rodents, pigeons, mosquitoes, nuisance wildlife, and wood-destroying organisms, along with inspections, integrated pest management, treatment, monitoring, follow-up evaluations, emergency and callback response, and reporting. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, pesticides, transportation, tools, equipment, and management. Required service frequencies include quarterly pest and rodent control, monthly pigeon control, and monthly mosquito control during June through September. Applicators must hold valid commercial applicator licenses and applicable certifications, including Categories G, 7, 8, 9, and 12. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a solicitation; interested parties must submit a capability statement by email and may identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Indian Economic Enterprises, or other small-business status. The anticipated order is firm-fixed-price with a base year plus four option years.
