Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none quote for monthly pest control services for all structures at Carbon Hill Fish Hatchery, including the pest-control activities identified in the solicitation’s commodity description: termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, exterminating, and fumigation. Vendors must also provide pricing for additional services as needed, with the additional-services line priced at $0.00. The first service year runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 10, 2026.
