Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, through its Statewide Procurement Division, is soliciting bids for statewide contract line items covering double-upright ice bins with capacities from approximately 2,700 to 5,900 pounds, including versions with prison/security packages, and ice machines producing at least 3,600 or 6,000 pounds per day. Referenced models are examples only; approved equals may be offered if complete descriptive information is provided. Products must be new, unused, current-production equipment meeting the specifications and applicable UL or NSF certification requirements. The contract includes statewide delivery on a FOB-destination basis, dock delivery, operation and maintenance manuals, manufacturer-certified startup and equipment-operation orientation, warranty coverage, and authorized warranty service-provider support. Respondents must provide pricing, manufacturer price lists, descriptive literature, delivery lead times, and the required response attachments and certifications. The initial contract term expires January 31, 2028, with four renewal options extending up to January 31, 2032.
