Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking authorized resellers for FEDERAL .308 WIN 168 Grain Tactical Bonded Tip Ammunition. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a one-time, firm-fixed-price purchase order. The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures, with all deliveries to be made FOB Destination. The required quantity is 179 cases of ammunition, with specific delivery locations including Baltimore, MD; Quantico, VA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Irvine, CA; Hawthorne, NY; Roseville, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Seattle, WA; and Cheverly, MD. Vendors must provide new, non-grey market products and include shipping costs, firm-fixed-price quotes, OEM information, manufacturer part numbers, and datasheets for any equivalent products. Proof of authorization to resell is required if the vendor is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Quotes must be valid for at least 90 days.
