Description
The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division, is soliciting bids for a statewide contract to provide ammunition, firearms, firearm parts, non-lethal law enforcement supplies, and related accessories. This contract will be available for use by state agencies and their affiliates on an as-needed basis. The solicitation emphasizes the need for new, current production items and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including ATF licensing and Oklahoma statutes related to procurement and law enforcement equipment.
