Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for fifteen (15) Sig Sauer rifles, along with suppressors and lights, for use in site security at their regional offices and headquarters. The specific rifle model requested is the SIG MCX-SPEAR, 7.62 NATO, HYP, SBR, 13IN, COY, SEMI, with a telescoping folding stock and AL MLOK handguard, including three 20-round magazines. The required suppressor is the SLH762C-QD, 7.62MM, COMPACT, NMD, and the light is the FOXTROT-MSR, full-size, rail-mounted white light. Bidders must be authorized Sig Sauer dealers with a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Pennsylvania Firearms License. Copies of these licenses and authorization to sell in Pennsylvania must be submitted with the bid. The Commonwealth will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on satisfactory delivery of all merchandise. Payment will be made upon satisfactory delivery.
