Description
The project involves construction of street, water, wastewater, and drainage improvements, including erosion controls and storm drains, along with all labor, equipment, and appurtenances needed to complete the work. Bidders must submit the included bid form, a Statement of Qualification, and a cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond of at least 5% of the total maximum bid price. The bid security must be enclosed with the bid in the same sealed envelope. Contractors must be plan holders or reviewers of record. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and a maintenance bond of 10% of the contract price for one year from final acceptance.
